6th President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono delivered a keynote speech at the Asia-Africa Parliamentary conference.

SBY stated that the answers to poverty is economic growth. SBY believe the nations of Asia and Africa can contribute resources, not just a user.

In his capacity as co-chair of the high-level panel of eminent persons, SBY stated that the challenge of post-2015 development agenda should be supported by all countries. Economic growth can only be built from within. Therefore, SBY continued, we must build the human resources is a valuable asset of a nation.

At the end of his speech, SBY  assured the participants that the condition of the nations in Asia and Africa now has more capital more than 60 years ago. Therefore, cooperation, partnership and solidarity of Asian and African Nations should be enhanced not only in politics but also in the field of prosperity
