• Visit to Malaysia, Singapore and Myanmar from 24 to 29 June 2012.

4. Report of the Secretary General of AIPA on the Activities of AIPA Secretariat :

• The 4th Meeting of the AIPA Caucus in Thailand;
• The Signing of the Joint Declaration of Intent  (MoU) by the AIPA and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (March 1, 2012 at DPR-RI Building, Jakarta);
• Activities of AIPA Secretariat

5. Consideration of:

• Program Activities of the 33^rd General Assembly of AIPA
• Agenda Items of the 33^rd General Assembly of AIPA
• Topic for discussion with observers at the 33^rd General Assembly of AIPA
• Bahasa Indonesia/Malay as one of the Working Languages of AIPA proposed by Indonesia;
• Establishment Cooperation between AIPA and ASEAN Foundation proposed by Indonesia;
• Relation and Cooperation between AIPA and Pan African Parliament proposed by Indonesia;
• Follow-up of the Joint Declaration of Intent (MoU) by AIPA and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany;
• Proposal of ASEAN Wildlife Enforcement Network (ASEAN-WEN) for a technical cooperation with the AIPA to develop a “green legislative agenda” to save from further decline ASEAN’s bio-diversity;
