The Registration and Information desk is located in the Lower Lobby Aryaduta Hotel and will be open as follows:

  • 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, 22 and Monday, 23 January 2012;
  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 24 to 31 January 2012;
  • 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, 1 February 2012.

All participants are requested to register with the Service which will distribute the identity badges and conference briefcase containing documentation and invitations to official receptions.

Delegations will also receive, upon registering a provisional List of Delegates. On 23 January 2012, delegation are kindly requested to collect from the Registration Desk, a document containing information relating to their delegation. This desk will also handle messages for delegates.
