AIPA President, Dr. Marzuki Alie will head to Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia in 4-9 September 2012 to meet with Speakers of each parliament.

Marzuki will travel to Vietnam on September 5, 2012. He will hold a meeting with H.E. Nguyen Sinh Hung, President of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The visit continued  to Thailand in September 6, 2012 to call a meeting with H.E. Somsak Kiatsuranont, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Thailand and meeting with H.E. Samdech Akka Moha Ponha Chakrei Heng Samrin, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on September 7, 2012.

This visit is intended to strengthen the relation between AIPA member countries and to convey the invitation to attend the 33^rd General Assembly of AIPA directly to the speakers of each country.
